Packages are shipped via Royal Mail. You will receive an email once your purchase has been dispatched, all parcels come well packaged to avoid damage.

Royal Mail standard delivery starts from £2.00 upwards and is dependant on the type of product and weight of your order. Final amount will be displayed at checkout.

Clothing will be posted with a tracked service due to the higher value of the item. 

We will endeavour to refund postage overages whilst we become more established with the postage variants.

Customers also have the option to select a tracked service at the checkout.


We offer an International Standard delivery service via Royal Mail. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on product type, weight and location.

Customers have the option to select a tracked service at checkout, which is usually a little faster and offers that peace of mind knowing the whereabouts of your item in transit.

Clothing orders are posted with a tracked service due to the higher value of the item.

Paying overseas postage can be a bummer, so we will do our best to refund any excess postage overages in the event that you have paid too much postage!

Import duty, taxes and any additional charges are not included in the shipping cost, and are the customer's responsibility to pay upon your parcel arriving in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on additional charges.

Returns on sale items, pre-order dresses, made to measure garments, custom or personalised artwork and art prints are not accepted.

For pre-order dresses, please ensure you take a close look at the size chart and choose the size according to your existing garment measurements. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are having issues with an item please do get in touch and we will try to come to a resolution. We can offer store credit as an alternative refund option. 


Returns of any unwanted items will incur a 10% restocking fee.

All return postage fees are payable by the customer. Please return any unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags and packaging, i.e. belly band still intact. We will not accept items with a strong odour or visible damage.  We advise returning via a tracked method as we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post. Please include a note in your parcel stating your name, order number and reason for return. Once we receive your return a refund will be issued within 7 days, minus the 10% restocking fee and original shipping fee.


Unless there is a fault with your item, we are not accepting international returns placed outside of the UK.


At this time we do not offer exchanges due to the changes in stock inventory and availability at the time of your returned order. Please return your unwanted item for a refund and then place a new order.
